Delivery
- The goods are delivered in the territory of the Republic of Latvia.
- At the time of placing an order, the buyer chooses the most suitable way of receiving the goods. The exact delivery time depends on the chosen type of delivery and the ordered goods.
- The buyer can choose to receive the goods with delivery or receive them in one of the Charlot stores.
- The goods in the warehouse will be sent / assembled for receiving up to 5 (five) working days after payment.
- For legal person Goods are delivered by courier or DPD parcel post.
- For individuals, the Goods are delivered only through a DPD parcel terminal.
- It is possible to deliver goods with a total weight of up to 20 kg and if the goods do not exceed the specified dimensions of the consignment (61 x 43 x 36 cm) with a parcel terminal.
- Delivery to legal person using courier services: when ordering from Monday to Friday at 16:30, the goods are delivered to the specified address on the next working day. If the size of the shopping cart is less than EUR 50.00 with VAT, the delivery fee is set at EUR 7 with VAT. If the order amount is more than 50 EUR with VAT, then delivery by courier is free.
- Delivery to legal and individual persons with DPD parcel terminal - 2.70 EUR with VAT.
- Receiving of goods in Charlot stores. It is possible to receive the goods in the Charlot store of your choice, during the working hours specified by the store. You can receive your order after you get information that the order is ready for pick up.
